A gift for couples who marry in 2011

Today, before submerging of my talk as usual, I give the word to our all too eloquent flyer to talk about the latest initiative created in collaboration with our trusted wp:

You read that right: for couples who marry in the next 12 months, we decided to create a free 's shooting engagement, or "engagement photo shoot."

Why?

I will explain after the jump.

The reason is very simple: we love taking photos, we (very immodestly) to be really good , and is a good way to let us know:)

For us it is a reasonable investment in terms time for the bride and groom is a good opportunity to have free pictures (which, I imagine, is not never a bad thing) and especially for ourselves to test before making a financial commitment with us .

After all, when I go to a shoe store, usually "feel" before "buying".

So take advantage of the digital age offers a taste of what is our way of working.

without commitment: the photos remain even if the bride and groom decided to entrust the photo service to others.

Engagement shooting or engagement session ("session-and " for short) is a habit not common here in Italy but well established in other parts the world is fun opportunity to tell the couple before the big "Yes". Nothing dusty and "plaster", but a report of small gestures that make it unique each pair, in a fun or meaningful for the bride and groom, pledged to do whatever makes them happy together: a walk to the sea, a small picnic in a park, a ride on the rides ... no, not the movie: you know, the "click" of our cameras could annoy other people! :)


The initiative is open to all engaged couples who have already set a date for their wedding and, of course, who have not yet given the task to a photographer or a wp. Although, I repeat, everything is non-binding. But let us at least the illusion to have you as future clients ... ;)

to shoot my photo will be there, of course, Alfredo and me, but Simon will be there to help us with his imaginative productions.
Well, I is not that we want to influence, but not even 24 hours that we publicized the initiative on Facebook, and already "rain" accessions ... if you know of a couple who gets married, you had better pass the word soon as possible;)

The courses are limited.


The photography course will start in March.
The course consists of 8 lessons from two and a half hours each to be held once a week:
on Thursday from 14.00 to 16.30 and from 20.00 to 22.30.

The course in Adobe Illustrator start in the month of March.
The course consists of 8 lessons for an hour and a half each to be held 1 time per week:
on Friday evening from 20.30 to 22.00.


The course includes 10 lessons of Illustration of two hours each to be held 1 time per week:
on Monday afternoon from 17.00 to 19.00 (this course has just started, but there is still opportunity to introduce themselves and to recover the missed classes) or on Monday evening from 19.00 to 21.00 (this course will start in February) .


The Adobe Photoshop course will start in the month of March .
The course consists of 8 lessons for an hour and a half each to be held once a week:
on Wednesday evening from 20.30 to 22.00 and Friday afternoon from 14.30 to 16.00.

Sorry for the slow "I put in motion" the blog in 2011, but in the aftermath of the festivities and excitement about a billion new ideas (and almost all feasible !)... ops ... the blog has been a moment in the cavalry:)

And yes, even for the blog, there are a lot of ideas, from the tutorial: raster and vector, and dpi resolution, layer masks, blending modes, textures overlay, just to mention a few ideas thrown out.

But now there talking about editing techniques, but an eclectic and picturesque quickly become the other half of my "apple creative", and invariably partner of our project devoted to weddings ( fibrediluce.it ) that told you a few posts ago . I'm talking about

Simona , wedding planner or wedding designer better, fiery red hair, colorful look and laugh loud.

I: technique, geometric, minimal. She: whimsical, baroque, exuberant.
I work with Illustrator, Pantone and graphics tablet, with her palette, brushes and acrylic.
Can you imagine a pairing creative best?

Us neither, and that's why she now found in section collaborations of our site. Before leaving
with a couple of shots of Simon, who favors patiently packs of paper with his hands fairy, I take this opportunity to remind you that we are always open to new proposals for cooperation. Photographers
no thanks, we're already in two and by the time enough:)
But we are always looking for talented videographers, cake designers, make-up artists, stylists, cooks, artisans with any specialty provided due to the world of marriage .

"Naoko", that after almost three years I'm still using the nickname by which I knew was one of my first "guinea pigs / models".
Two years in photography is an abyss, in terms of experience, technique, eye ... and equipment, too.
short, she belongs, along with a few others in the club of "those who have allowed me to play when I could do almost a sledgehammer."
For this reason I was glad it was just her to inaugurate the new mini-room installation (which I told here) and the first shooting of 2011.

The "luxury" of those who have (almost) nothing
